OPENING HOURS 
The reception desk is staffed
During the week
Monday - Thursday from 8.30am until 9pm
Friday 8.30am until 6pm
Weekends and Evenings
Number Ten is available for both daytime and evening meetings from 8.45am. Meetings may also be arranged during the daytime on both Saturday and Sundays
  Meeting Rooms Camperdown/Dudhope 
These adjoining rooms on the ground floor may be hired separately or together depending on the client’s accommodation requirements.
The Camperdown Room caters for up to 18, or alternatively as a seminar room for up to 30 people whilst the slightly smaller Dudhope Room is suitable for 12.
Using both sections: 45 people can be accommodated, theatre style; whilst 25 can be seated around a large table.  
Baxter Room  
A ground floor room suitable for groups of up to 8 people, this room is ideal for small meetings. Magdalen Room
A bright room on the third floor with a circular table, ideal for board room meetings for up 18. Balgay Suite 
Situated on the lower ground floor, this multi-purpose room will cater for groups of up to 20 people, or 12 round a table. Suitable for IT training.
 Dawson Room
Suitable for up to 6 people wishing a more relaxed informal atmosphere. Sofa seating. Ideal for one to one meetings. Availability  
Number Ten is available for both daytime and evening meetings, from 8.45 a.m. — 9.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Meetings may also be arranged during the daytime on both Saturdays and Sundays.
Staffed Reception  
The Reception Desk is permanently staffed so there will be someone available to greet you, answer any questions and deal with any requests. Choice     
We are able to offer a wide range of room types to suit your requirements. Catering  
Tea & coffee facilities are available at £1.20 per head. We are happy to provide a list of local outside caterers and can advise on the suitability of various caterers to suit your needs and circumstances. Prices    
Our prices are competitively pitched, with the voluntary sector in mind. For details of our current prices contact Number Ten to ask for a price list. 
Advice 
If you require advice on the suitability of our meeting venue, you are welcome to drop in at any time to view the facilities. The reception is staffed from 8.45 a.m. until 8.30pm Mon-Thurs, 6.00pm Fri.Equipment   We have an extensive list of equipment available on request when booking, at no extra charge. This includes TV/Video/DVD Combi, overhead projector, screen, flip charts, PA system, Induction Loop System, Smart board etc.  Terms and Conditions
